Global retailers are using sophisticated online recommendation systems (ORS) which enhance customers' loyalty towards the specific site. Online markets in Baltic countries are growing fast, but Baltic e-commerce sites are not using a wide enough range of eWOM tools. The aim of this paper is – to evaluate how eWOM through ORS is perceived and used by digital marketing specialists and e-commerce players in the Baltics. Following the liquidation or bankruptcy of a business, entrepreneurs in the EU mostly opt for a paid professional job rather than re-establishing their business [1]. Atkūrus nepriklausomybę Estijoje, Latvijoje ir Lietuvoje išryškėjo gyventojų skaičiaus mažėjimo tendencija, kurią nulėmė neigiama natūrali gyventojų kaita ir neigiama neto tarptautinė migracija (išvykusiųjų skaičius viršija atvykusiųjų skaičių). Kartų kaitos neužtikrinantis gimstamumo lygis, santykinai aukštas mirtingumo lygis (ypač vyrų), intensyvi emigracija ir gyventojų senėjimas stebimi visose Baltijos šalyse.
